Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an essential part of sustainable and forward-looking business practices. At Service Pack B.V., we are actively committed to inclusive and responsible operations. We work closely with social workshops, home workers, probation services, and the UWV. In addition, we are proud to be recognized as a learning and working company, providing people with new opportunities in the labor market.
Service Pack adheres to the ETI Base Code, based on the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO). This international standard for ethical labor practices forms the foundation of our CSR policy.
We are aware of the impact our activities have on people, the environment, and society. That is why we take concrete actions in energy conservation, waste separation, and recycling to reduce our ecological footprint.
Since 2020, we have also been a proud partner of MetWerk. Together, we work towards a labor market where everyone has equal opportunities. On average, 50% of our services are now carried out by people with diverse CSR-related backgrounds.
