Business with impact

Good business goes beyond quality and delivery reliability. We take responsibility towards people, the environment and society — in concrete, demonstrable ways.

Social employment

We believe a company like Service Pack can make a real contribution to the labour market — not as a charity project, but as a natural part of how we operate.

Our activities — labeling, assembly, fulfillment, repacking — are well suited to supported workplaces. Structural, tailored and in an environment where people can grow.

We work with re-integration programmes, sheltered workshops and home workers. This way we contribute to employment for people who would otherwise struggle to find it — while our operation runs as normal.

In practice, this means that approximately 50% of our work is carried out by people with a social or CSR background — through our in-house social workplace, MetWerk, home workers and learning placements.

MetWerk — partner since 2020
We provide structural workplaces for people with distance to the labour market through our partnership with MetWerk.
SBB Accredited learning company
Service Pack is accredited by SBB (Dutch Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education) as a practical training placement for MBO students.
Home workers
Part of our work is carried out by home workers — flexibly deployable and valuable for people who cannot travel to a location.
In-house social workplace
We have our own in-house social workplace — a permanent place where people with distance to the labour market are a structural part of our daily operations.
SEDEX member
Through SEDEX — an internationally recognised platform for ethical audits — we map our operations and make them transparently available to our clients and chain partners.
ISO 9001:2015
Our quality management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, valid until 2027. Demonstrably controlled from intake to execution.
Skal — organic certified
We are authorised to process and store organic products. Skal periodically verifies compliance with organic certification requirements.

Responsible supply chain

We stand for transparency — not just in what we do, but in how we do it. Our clients must be able to trust a supply chain that adds up: fair, demonstrable and verified by independent parties.

That starts with our own certifications and only ends when our partners meet the same standards.

Environment & energy

We are not an energy company or environmental organisation — but we do take concrete steps to reduce our impact. Practical and demonstrable.

Energy saving

Active measures in our facilities to reduce energy consumption — from lighting to process optimisation.

Waste separation

Consistent waste separation on the shop floor. Paper, plastic, foil and residual waste are processed separately.

Material recycling

Packaging material and raw materials freed up during our activities are reused or recycled wherever possible.

Our certifications

Our way of working is not just described — it is tested and recognised by independent bodies.
