Our teams work to your work instructions, with fixed quality inspection points throughout the process. You receive full documentation upon completion and can request per-batch reporting.

Assembly is often combined with labeling, repacking or co-packing. With over 30 years of experience and 45,000 m² in Etten-Leur, we handle the entire process from intake to delivery.

FAQ: assembly outsourcing

When does it make sense to outsource assembly? +

Outsourcing assembly is a good choice when you need flexible capacity for seasonal productions, one-off campaigns or structural volumes, without investing in your own space, staff and equipment. Service Pack handles assembly on the basis of your instructions, with fixed quality controls and full documentation.

What is the difference between assembly and co-packing? +

Assembly focuses on combining loose components into a complete product or kit. Co-packing is a broader term that also includes packaging and repackaging. At Service Pack we combine both: we build, fill and package in a single process, depending on your specifications.

Can you also build and fill retail displays? +

Yes. Display building and filling is one of our core activities. We built 4,500 displays in 2025 for clients in retail and FMCG. More information is available on our displays page.

How does quality control work during assembly? +

Every assembly process is set up based on your work instructions or drawings. Quality inspections take place during and after production. We work in accordance with ISO 9001 and can register and report per batch.

Can you assemble gift sets and seasonal editions? +

Yes. Seasonal productions such as gift sets or limited editions fall within our assembly offering. We plan capacity to your deadline and work on the basis of your instructions and samples.
