Orders processed, deadline met

Service Pack takes the complete fulfillment process off your hands, from goods receipt and storage to picking, packing and shipping. We work with your systems or our own, and scale with your volume. Whether you process 500 or 50,000 orders per week: we deliver what was agreed.

Our approach is pragmatic and tailored. No expensive implementation projects, no minimum contract duration. You start when you want and adjust the volume when needed.

We see that many of our clients import their products from Asia. For those clients we handle not only the fulfillment, but also the unloading of containers directly after arrival in Rotterdam or Antwerp. Goods move in one flow from ship to stock, without an extra intermediary.

We manage your inventory through our own systems, so you always have clear insight into exactly what is stored with us. Because we set everything up on a custom basis with in-house expertise, specific requests for reports or online visibility are always possible. You ask, we arrange it. Outsourcing order processing means partnering with someone who scales with your volume and asks for no long-term commitments.

FAQ: outsourcing fulfillment

What makes your fulfillment different from other providers? +

Two things. First, we combine fulfillment with co-packing, labeling, repacking and assembly at one location. Products can be repacked, labeled or placed in a display with us first, and then shipped directly. Second, we adapt our approach to the size of the client. Fulfillment for a business shipping multiple truckloads per day is a different model from a client shipping one product per day. We apply a working method that fits each situation, so both types of clients are well served.

Is there a minimum order size or contract duration? +

No. We work without minimum contract duration or fixed minimum volumes. You start when you want and scale up or down based on your order volume. No expensive implementation projects, no long-term commitments.

How does fulfillment work for food or FMCG products? +

For food and FMCG products we take shelf life, FIFO picking and retail requirements into account. We are Skal-certified and work in accordance with ISO 9001. Specific requirements per retailer or buyer are incorporated into our instructions.

What does outsourcing fulfillment cost? +

Fulfillment is highly varied in nature, which means a standard price list says very little. The best approach is to send us an email so we can schedule an appointment. We are happy to tell you more about what we do, and based on your specific situation we will give you an accurate price.

Can you combine fulfillment with co-packing or labeling? +

Yes. Many clients combine fulfillment with labeling, repacking or assembly. Products are first adjusted or given the right labels, then processed directly for shipping. All at one location, with one point of contact.
