Rework that resolves the problem

Outsourcing rework to Service Pack means production deviations, labeling errors and packaging faults are resolved quickly and in a controlled manner. We inspect, correct and reconfigure to your specifications, with quality control throughout the entire process. From a simple label swap to a full kit reconfiguration.

We also take on more complex rework assignments. Think of products like freezers, barbecues or other larger consumer or technical items where rework involves more than just replacing a sticker. We assess every assignment individually and provide quick clarity on what we can do.

Rework assignments are by nature urgent. You do not need to wait two weeks for a planning slot: we assess your assignment immediately and clarify when we can start. In many cases we can begin the same day or the next working day. There are no minimum volumes or contract obligations.

Every rework project is fully documented. You receive a report with quantities processed, findings per batch and an overview of all corrections carried out, so you can demonstrate what was done, also to your own clients or regulators.

What is rework? +

Rework is the correction of products, packaging or kits that do not meet the required specifications. Think of labels that need to be replaced, packaging that needs to be reassembled, or products that need to be corrected after a production error. The goal is always the same: make the product fit for sale or delivery, without it being lost.

How quickly can you start a rework assignment? +

Is there a minimum for a rework assignment? +

No, we have no minimum. Whether it concerns a small urgent batch of a few hundred items or a large rework assignment of tens of thousands of products, we always look at what we can do. We discuss urgency and scope directly at first contact.
